This Jaccard meat tenderizer has 48 stainless saber blades in three rows to give you tender meat. Use tenderizer with confidence, as it will not lose the natural juices of the meat. Use on wild game, beef, pork, lamb, veal and chicken. Using the tenderizer before marinating will increase the flavor of the meat. Be sure to use with a cutting board to protect work surface. Dishwasher safe.
