Our stainless steel knives have been enhanced with a better fit, more balanced weight and sharper blades.

Grinder plates and knives are made to LEM's stringent standards for hardness and quality. Regarding performance, our stainless steel plates and knives last longer than carbon and are highly resistant to rust. Both types of plates are hubless so they can be used on both sides. Change knife and plate at the same time for optimum performance.

Remember to always use the same knife and plate together.
