Just pour beer, wine, fruit juice or any other liquid into the lower reservoir. Place the perforated lid with infusion tube over the reservoir. Place the cavity of the bird over the infusion tube and put the Poultry Pal in the oven or on the grill. As the bird cooks, the natural juices of the bird run back into the lower reservoir and are re-infused back into the bird along with your added flavored liquid. The result is the juiciest bird you will ever eat. You won't need your poulty baster anymore!

The Poultry Pal will hold up to a 12 pound turkey.

Use the remaining liquids in the reservoir to make delicious gravy.
