Some items require additional shipping charges due to weight or package size.  These additional charges will have been noted on the product page and will be added at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. (During Fall and Winter expect 5 -7 business days of receiving your order) Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder. Please expect 3-5 days for UPS delivery times, after your order is shipped.  At this time, we are only shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

RETURN POLICY:

 
Any item, except food items and videos/DVDs, that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase only after calling Country Meat Processing for an authorization for return.  We may be reached at 425-844-8219.  We will not accept a return without a return authorization number.  We will refund the purchase price or replace the item.
